Thank you for choosing the Next Steps Online Course (the “Course”) offered by All In Planning, LLC ("AIP").
The Course has been developed to provide educational guidance to individuals navigating the personal loss of a loved one. It represents a significant investment of time, experience, and resources by AIP and contains proprietary educational materials.
By registering for or accessing the Course, AIP grants you a limited license to use these proprietary materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to this Agreement.
If you do not agree with every provision of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Course.
This Agreement is entered into between All In Planning, LLC ("AIP") and the individual registering for access to the Next Steps Online Course ("Student").
By selecting the acceptance box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. Your electronic acceptance has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
The Course is designed solely to provide general educational information that may assist individuals following the personal loss of a loved one. It is not intended to replace individualized professional guidance. It is also not intended for commercial or business purposes by any individual, entity, or organization other than All In Planning (“AIP”).
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into this Agreement, and provide accurate registration information. Each registration is issued to one individual only and may not be transferred or shared.
AIP grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course for up to 12 months after your course registration date. The sole permitted purpose of this license is to assist you personally in navigating the loss of a loved one. No ownership rights are transferred.
The Course and all materials made available through it—including their content, organization, structure, sequence, presentation, educational methodology, visual design, downloadable resources, branding, and associated intellectual property—are the exclusive property of AIP. Although portions of the Course discuss publicly available information, AIP's unique educational framework and presentation are proprietary.
The only permitted use of the Course is to assist you personally in understanding and navigating responsibilities following the loss of a loved one. Any other use requires AIP's prior written consent.
Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, disclose, sell, license, share, commercialize, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any portion of the Course for the benefit of yourself or any other individual or organization. This includes using the Course to create, improve, support, or compete with another educational program, business, publication, software application, artificial intelligence system, or professional service.
AIP actively protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. AIP reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorney's fees where authorized, and any other legal or equitable remedies.
The Course is provided solely for general educational purposes. It does not constitute personalized legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, accounting, medical, estate planning, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any information applies to your circumstances, independently verifying information, consulting qualified professionals when appropriate, complying with applicable laws, and evaluating the consequences of your decisions.
Any action you choose to take—or not take—based upon the Course is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your decisions and their consequences.
Laws, regulations, government procedures, agency policies, forms, deadlines, and industry practices frequently change and may vary by jurisdiction. AIP does not guarantee that Course information is current, complete, or applicable to your circumstances.
Accessing or completing the Course does not establish any professional, fiduciary, advisory, or confidential relationship with AIP. Professional services require separate written agreements.
AIP reserves the unrestricted right to modify, update, supplement, replace, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change any aspect of the Course or this Agreement at any time and to revoke Course access at its sole discretion.
AIP generally collects only your name and email address to administer your account, provide Course access, communicate with you, and inform you of relevant educational resources or services. AIP does not sell your personal information.
Any suggestions, ideas, testimonials, reviews, comments, or other feedback voluntarily submitted may be used, modified, published, and incorporated into future versions of the Course without compensation.
The Course is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIP disclaims all express and implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIP shall not be liable for damages arising from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Course. Your use of the Course is voluntary and at your own risk.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.
