We give you access to our Next Steps online course, which includes a customizable digital checklist, 60+ short videos, and 8+ helpful e-books to guide you through many of the common tasks families face after losing a loved one.

You provide the information we need to understand your family's situation. Because our planning depends on that information, we ask that it be complete, accurate, and kept up to date.

AIP may invite independent AIP Pros whose experience and expertise are relevant to the decisions your family is facing.

AIP may share relevant information with participating AIP Pros so they can develop informed, coordinated recommendations. AIP Pros may use your information only as authorized and not for independent marketing.

AIP coordinates your Lighthouse engagement, brings your team together, and organizes your AIP Pros' recommendations into one cohesive plan.

Each AIP Pro independently reviews your situation and provides recommendations based on their own expertise and professional judgment. Your team focuses on the issues they believe are most relevant to your family's situation instead of attempting to address every possible issue. Your AIP Pros present and discuss their recommendations with you during a one-hour Lighthouse meeting. Each AIP pro remains responsible for their own recommendations, services, actions, and conduct.

You choose which recommendations, if any, to follow and who you want to work with. You are never required to hire an AIP Pro. Because circumstances can change and unexpected factors may arise, AIP cannot guarantee the outcome of any action you choose to take.

Your AIP Pros' involvement in Lighthouse is limited to the Lighthouse engagement and one-hour meeting. If you would like additional advice or services from an AIP Pro afterward, you may arrange those services directly with that professional. Any resulting relationship and fees are separate from Lighthouse. Northstar clients can continue receiving financial and investment guidance from AIP after Lighthouse has ended, including guidance related to the loss of their loved one. Additionally, you will continue to have access to our Next Steps online course for up to 12 months as an added benefit to being a Lighthouse client.

You or AIP may cancel your Lighthouse engagement at any time. If you cancel before we begin working on your plan, your fee will be refunded in full. Once we begin working on your plan, the fee is nonrefundable.
