Learn how trusted professionals are teaming up to prepare for what comes next

A Great Harvest Is Approaching

An extraordinary opportunity is unfolding before our generation of professionals. Over the next two decades, millions of American families will inherit not only unprecedented wealth, but also the responsibility of making some of the most important financial, legal, and personal decisions of their lives. No single profession can meet every need of this Great Harvest. That's why we're building the All In Planning Network—a Christ-centered community of trusted professionals who collaborate to provide families with more informed, coordinated guidance. Watch the short video below to discover how simple it is to become an AIP Pro and help bring this vision to life.

"Then Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."

Matthew 9:37-38

How Pros Serve AIP Clients

AIP Pros may be invited to help families through Lighthouse, our after-loss planning service, or Northstar, our ongoing financial planning service. While the needs of each family may be different, the collaborative process is the same.

When invited to participate, AIP provides pertinent information about the client and the decisions they're facing. You review that information and provide recommendations within your area of expertise. AIP then shares recommendations across the team and brings them together into a simple, coordinated plan, giving each AIP Pro an opportunity to identify any concerns or important considerations before meeting with the client.

The team then meets with the client for one hour to explain its recommendations, answer questions, and refine the plan as needed. Afterward, the client decides which recommendations to follow and whether they would like to hire any AIP Pro for additional services.

We keep the process simple and structured, with the goal of limiting each AIP Pro's preparation time to about 15 minutes before the client meeting. Your participation is much like a complimentary consultation you may already provide a prospective client—but as part of a coordinated team helping the family see the bigger picture.

Founded on Independence

Becoming an AIP Pro gives you opportunities to use your expertise to help AIP clients—while continuing to operate your own independent practice.

Let's Get to Know Each Other

Becoming an AIP Pro starts with a conversation. We want to learn about you, your practice, and how you serve families—and give you an opportunity to learn more about All In Planning and the AIP Network. From there, we can decide together whether becoming an AIP Pro is a good fit.
